  7. Pay attention to your enjoyment of life and social relationships. Not only does stress reduction help with back pain, but also being with other people. Not just virtually, but also in real life.
  8. The entire environment should be designed to be back-friendly, for example by choosing the right chairs.
  9. Pay attention to proper nutrition. This has a major impact on the functioning of all organs, including muscles.
  10. Get a good night's sleep. This helps reduce stress and gives your back enough time to recover.

Regular exercise against back pain

At certain points in the body, the spine is exposed to loads that are many times greater than the body weight. The spine itself can only withstand a load of 5 kp.
